The founder, Nabil Rishmawi was born and raised in the town of Beit Sahour, a suburb adjacent to Bethlehem city. The city of Beit Sahour is know as the Shepherd’s field town. The shepherds attending their flock have noticed the star appeared to them to direct them to the place of birth of baby Jesus in Bethlehem, about 2 miles north west of the Shepherd’s field.
