How do we process orders?
Orders placed before 3 pm Central Time are shipped the same day. When your order is shipped, status of your order will show as complete, and you will receive an invoice for your order in your mail box. Delivery time within the US ranges between 2-5 days depending on your choice of carrier. Tracking info can be found under My Account if you have created an account.
Where do we ship from?
Within the US, almost all orders are shipped from our location in the US. In some occasions, where your order is not available in stock, or one of these products that are ordered from artists upon demand, shipping will take place from Jerusalem, and will take 1-2 weeks for delivery. All items available in stock, are shipped same day within the US. We ship to any other country outside the US. In this case either we ship from the US or from Jerusalem, depending on shipping costs and availability of the ordered product.
You may return or exchange your order for any reason, like being defective or damaged through shipping.

Return or Exchange:
Products are inspected carefully before shipping. Packing is done with utmost care. Upon the receipt of your order, you are required to inspect your order for any possible workmanship defect or shipping damage. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately and no later than 3 days of receipt of order, for a return authorization.
If the order is defective or damaged while shipping, or you didn’t like your ordered item, you need to return the order, and we will send you a replacement immediatly for no extra shipping charges.
